Terms & refunds

NanaBooks is run by Mr Fast Digital Marketing, doing business as NanaBooks. You can reach a real person at hello@nanabooks.com.

Every book is made just for your family. Before you pay anything, we show you the whole book, every page, so you can turn through it and decide.

One round of changes is included: tell us everything you'd like changed in one note, and we'll make the changes and show you the book again. There is no obligation to buy.

• Hardcover: $89 (the digital copy is included).
• Digital copy only: $39.
• Another hardcover of the same book: $49 each.
• Prices are in US dollars. Payment is handled securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card.

• We ship hardcovers to the United States and Canada. Standard shipping is included in the price.
• Standard: about 3 weeks in the US, about 2 weeks to Canada.
• Rush (US only): +$19, about 2 weeks.
• Your book is printed and shipped by our print partner. These times are estimates, not guarantees.

Because every book is personalized and you approve it before paying, we don't offer refunds once you've purchased — with one exception:

If your printed book arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't the book you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with a photo, and we'll reprint it or refund it — your choice.

The digital copy is final once it has been downloaded.

You keep all rights to your family's photos, memories and words. We use them only to make your book. We delete your photos, drawings, answers and the book file 30 days after your book is delivered — please download your book before then. The privacy notice explains exactly what we keep and why.

By adding a photo, you confirm you have the right to use it — and for a child's photo, that you are their parent or guardian or have their permission.

You must be 18 or older to order. The books are for children; the website is not.
